The center of Mechelen

Let's start with the center of Mechelen. On top of the church hills in Mechelen is the old church dating from 1810. An even older church stood here in the past, but this one did not stand the test of time. On the square near the church is Café 't Pintje. This 19th century living room cafe is the place to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat.

Fun cities near the Geuldal

There are also several nice towns in the Geuldal to find. What about the cozy Gulpen? Gulpen is a town where you can relax on one of the terraces. But you can also visit the local Gulpener brewery. Another great city is of course Valkenburg. Here you can visit the ruins above the city or take a guided tour through the marlstone caves.

A ride with the steam train
