At our reception you can ask all your questions about your stay and our facilities! We are also happy to give you tips and advice about the area. We also have a lot of information about cycling and walking. You can come to our reception. On the right side of this webpage you will find an overview of all the facilities we offer at our park! The facilities in the reception building are open daily.

Returning or collecting your keys
If you are late or the reception is closed, you can pick up your keys at the launderette. There are lockers in the launderette where you can keep your keys. Please note: You will need to request a code for this safe in advance by telephone!
You can also hand in your keys in the post box that you can also find in the launderette.
If you stand with your back against the entrance door of the main building, you will see a building on your right with a door recognizable by a glass middle side. This is the laundry. If you arrive in the evening hours, it is good to know that the lights are turned on automatically.
